Operating methods Reset If you find that you can't operate this product, you can reset it. 1 While the power is on, press and hold the Bluetooth button and SonicLink button at the same time for at least 5 seconds, then press the Power button. The Bluetooth and SonicLink buttons will blink for a few seconds and the power will turn off once the reset is complete. • All previous operations will be reset. (Information on paired devices will also be deleted.) 30

If the problems continue, read the Precautions for Use and consult an authorized service company or your dealer. Static electricity and other external factors may cause the speaker to stop operating normally. In such circumstances, the unit may work properly again after you turn it off and on. General The speaker won’t charge. • Check that the power cable is correctly connected to the speaker and power outlet. The power doesn’t turn on. • Check that the power cable is correctly connected to the speaker and power outlet. • The battery level of the built-in rechargeable battery may be low. Try charging the battery. The power turns off automatically. • Press the power button to turn the power on. • The power management function may have kicked in.
